摘要

碳纤维复合材料在航空制造领域的应用正变得日益广泛,复合材料装配带来的诸如劈丝、有害粉尘等问题也越来越多,针对以上问题,结合飞机变曲率复合材料翼面类部件自身结构特点及工艺流程,设计、安装和调试一套基于自动钻铆技术的数字化柔性装配生产线.该生产线同时具备制孔、锪窝、送钉、蘸胶和铆接等复杂工艺任务的功能,并在某型飞机上得到了应用与验证.

Abstract

Carbon fiber composite materials are rather widely used in the aviation manufacturing field,and problems such as wire splitting and harmful dust caused by composite material assembly are also increasing.In response to these problems with consideration on the structural characteristics and process flow of aircraft profile components made of variable curvature composite material,this paper introduces a set of digital flexi-ble assembly production line based on automatic drilling and riveting technology that is designed,installed and debugged in the process.This production line has the functions of completing complex process tasks such as hole making,nesting,nail feeding,glue dipping and riveting,and has been applied and verified on a cer-tain type of aircraft.
