摘要

基于超高强度钢在航空航天领域的应用,本文综述了国内外低合金超高强度钢、中合金超高强度钢和高合金超高强度钢的发展现状,总结了不同种类的超高强度钢发展趋势及组织性能调控思路.

Abstract

Regarding the application of ultra-high strength steel in the aerospace field,this article describes the de-velopment status of low-alloy,medium alloy,and high alloy ultra-high strength steels at home and abroad.It sum-marizes the development intendancy as well as the microstructure & performance control ideas of different types of ultra-high strength steels.At present,high alloy ultra-high strength steels such as AerMetl00,300M,and AF1410 are widely used in the aerospace industry,mainly in load-bearing components such as landing gear and spacecraft fuselage structures.In response to the existing problems in the current study status of ultra-high strength steel,it introduces means of improving the comprehensive mechanical properties of the ultra-high strength steel,such as op-timizing the smelting technology of ultra-high strength steel raw materials,studying the influence of surface strength-ening on the surface properties of ultra-high strength steel as well as studying the micro strengthening mechanism and microstructure control.
