摘要

飞机控制广泛使用液压传动系统,在控制面操纵过程中,会造成液压系统内压力变动,对液压管路产生一定的冲击,液压管路在冲击下会产生变形和振动,进而影响管路内液体流动,产生流固耦合现象.本文对某液压管的流固耦合现象进行了 CFD/CSD数值计算,得到了液压管内流动特性以及管壁的结构动响应,为液压管路的设计提供数值参考.

Abstract

Hydraulic transmission system is widely used in aircraft controls.During the operation of the control sur-face,pressure fluctuations in the hydraulic system can cause certain impacts on the hydraulic pipelines.The hy-draulic pipelines may deform and vibrate due to these impacts,affecting the flow of liquid in the pipelines which fluid solid coupling phenomena comes into being.This article introduces CFD/CSD numerical calculations on the fluid solid coupling phenomena of a hydraulic pipe so as to obtain the flow characteristics inside the hydraulic pipe and the structural dynamic response of the pipe wall,providing numerical reference for the design of hydraulic pipelines.
