摘要

某型机磁粉检测时发现0框发动机接头接耳处存在疑似裂纹,本文对故障件开展了失效分析,通过建立有限元模型计算理论最大使用强度,得出了结论,并给出了外场使用意见.

Abstract

A suspected crack was found on engine mount lug at Frame 0 during the magnetic particle test on a cer-tain type of aircraft.This article introduces the failure analysis on the defective part.Based on the established finite element,the theoretical maximum strength is calculated and conclusion is made so as to provide suggestions for field maintenance.
