摘要
在生产资料所有权和收入分配制度之外,是否存在造成相对贫困的主观原因,这些主观原因是否如自由主义者所声称的那样完全来自个人天性?理论上的回答同样重要.本文以马克思"存在决定意识"、"社会存在决定社会意识"理论为基础,通过经济行为实验对相对贫困状态引起人的经济决策机制变化进行了探究.研究发现:相对贫困状态会产生人们对于日常事物经济维度的过度关注与担忧,并因此消耗他们大量认知资源,这导致其在面对其他重要经济决策时认知资源不足、认知能力下降,进而产生经济决策偏差,陷入贫困循环.研究否定了自由主义经济理论把人的经济决策归因于个人天性的主观唯心主义认识.研究认为,生产资料所有权和收入分配制度不仅在社会再生产中直接影响社会收入差距,还会通过影响人们的主观行为经济决策形成贫困循环.
Abstract
In addition to the ownership of the means of production and income distribution system,are there some subjective causes of relative pov-erty?Do these subjective reasons entirely originate from individual nature,just as claimed by liberals?A theoretical answer is necessary.Based on Ma-rx's theory of"existence determines consciousness"and"social existence determines social consciousness",this paper explores the changes in eco-nomic decision-making caused by relative poverty through economic behav-iour experiments.The study finds that the state of relative poverty generates personal excessive concerns on the economic dimensions of daily things,and consequently it consumes a large amount of cognitive resources,which leads to insufficient cognitive resources when facing more important economic de-cisions,thus resulting in economic decision-making bias and falling into a cy-cle of poverty.The study refutes the subjective idealistic understanding of liberal economic theory that personal economic decisions come from individ-ual nature.The study concludes that the ownership of the means of produc-tion and income distribution system not only directly affects the social in-come disparities in social reproduction,but also contributes to the cycle of poverty through influencing people's subjective behaviors in economic deci-sion-making.
