本文针对西方经济学资源有限、需要无限假设的片面性,从创新马克思主义经济学视角,全面梳理了马克思对需要的论述、中外学界对资源和需要理论的主要观点以及新马克思经济学综合学派学者对资源和需要理论的新认识,系统分析了资源和需要双约束假设理念的内涵,阐释了满足人与自然生态和谐发展及符合社会公平公正前提下,如何实现资源的最优配置和合理需要的最大满足.
Abstract
This paper aims at the single constraint assumption of limited resources and unlimited needs in Western economics.From the perspective of innovative Marxist economics,it comprehensively classifies Marx's discus-sion of needs,the main views of Chinese and foreign scholars on resource and need theories,and the new understanding of resource and need theories by scholars of the comprehensive school of neo-Marxian economics.It systemat-ically analyzes the scientific connotation of the concept of double constraint assumption of resources and needs,and explains how to achieve the optimal allocation of resources and the maximum satisfaction of reasonable needs un-der the premise of satisfying the harmonious development of human and nat-ural ecology and conforming to social equity and justice.
