摘要
主体性在当今非物质劳动中的性状,是国外马克思主义学者关注的学术焦点问题.该问题直接源于自治主义马克思主义对非物质劳动主体性的发掘.站在自治主义的立场上,非物质劳动的主体性潜能集中体现在以下几个方面:一是语言、知识、智能、情感等主体性要素的普遍运用促进了劳动力的全面发展;二是生命政治生产日益生成着独立于资本控制的自主性、协作性和共同性力量;三是大众将通过实现劳动力潜在自主性的方式颠覆资本逻辑以获得解放.上述观点尽管洞悉到后工业时代生产方式变革带来的劳动主体性的提升,但也有值得反思和商榷之处,如:非物质劳动能否真正增强劳动的自主性与普遍技能,是否在生产过程中不再受制于资本的监视和管控,以及可否最终导向大众的联合与行动.本文试图对这些问题进行澄清.
Abstract
The trait of subjectivity in today's immaterial labor is the ac-ademic focus of attention of foreign Marxist scholars.It stems directly from the discovery of the subjectivity of immaterial labor by autonomist Marx-ism.From the standpoint of autonomy,the subjectivity potential of immate-rial labor is concentrated in the following aspects.Firstly,the universal use of language,knowledge,intelligence,emotion,and other elements of subjec-tivity promotes the comprehensive development of labor.Secondly,life-polit-ical production increasingly generates autonomous,collaborative,and com-munal forces that are independent of the control of capital.Thirdly,the mas-ses will subvert the capital to achieve emancipation through the realization of potential autonomy in labor logic.The above perspectives provide insights into the enhancement of labor subjectivity brought about by changes in modes of production in the post-industrial era,however,there are also areas for reflection and debate,such as whether immaterial labor can truly enhance the autonomy and universal skills of labor,whether it is no longer subject to the surveillance and control of capital in the production process,and whether it can ultimately lead to the association and action of the masses.This paper attempts to clarify these questions.
