摘要

中国特色社会主义政治经济学亟待进行体系创新,且这一创新的核心问题在于厘清逻辑线索、构建核心分析框架并完成阐释中国经济发展规律的根本任务.中国资本积累的社会结构(CSSA)理论作为在国外马克思主义SSA理论基础上进行充分中国化和现代化创新所形成的理论体系,其在研究目标和创新思路上均与中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系有着高度的契合性,为此能够提供有益参考和借鉴思路.基于此,文章将CSSA理论引入中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系构建问题,提出该理论体系应以中国特殊利益关系及其演变为逻辑线索,以"资本—劳资—政府—意识形态—生态—国际"六大特殊利益关系为核心分析框架,并将六大核心利益关系内置于生产力与生产关系互促作用以及我国政府特殊作用之中构建系统的运行机制.在此基础上,文章进一步从发展阶段、生产过程、分配过程、交换过程、消费过程、宏观发展过程以及基本经济制度演进7个维度对以上抽象架构进行了现实展开,继而探索了构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系的总体设想.

Abstract

The system innovation of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics urgently needs to be carried out,and the core problem of this innovation lies in clarifying the logical clue,constructing the core a-nalysis framework and completing the fundamental task of explaining the law of Chinese economic development.Chinese social structure of accumula-tion(CSSA)theory,as a theoretical system fully sinicized and modernized and innovated on the basis of foreign Marxist SSA theory,has a high degree of compatibility with the theoretical system of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics in terms of research objectives and innovative i-deas.Therefore,it can provide useful reference and reference ideas.Based on this,the paper introduces CSSA theory into the construction of the theoreti-cal system of political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and proposes that the theoretical system should take China's special interest re-lationship and its evolution as the logical clue,and take"capital-labor and capital-government-ideology-ecology-international"six special interest rela-tions as the core analysis framework.And the six core interest relations are built into the interaction between productive forces and productive relations and the special role of Chinese government to build the operating mechanism of the system.On this basis,the article further from the stage of develop-ment,production,exchange,distribution,process and consumption process,macro development process and the basic economic system evolution seven dimensions to the reality of the above abstract architecture,and then explore the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics political eco-nomics system's overall vision.
