劳动者作为生产力三要素中起主导作用的活跃因素,其知识、技能、创新、道德、健康等方面素质的提高对促进新质生产力发展具有重要作用.当前劳动者素质提高方面仍然存在教育与培训体系不均衡不完善、创新能力培养不足、与职业发展需求匹配度有待加强等问题,需要通过多方协作,完善教育与培训体系,充分激发劳动者创新潜能,确保劳动者发展与产业发展"同频共振",塑造劳动者的新思维,切实提高劳动者各方面素质,打造新型劳动者队伍,为新质生产力发展提供不竭动力.
Abstract
