China's theory and practice own undisputed rights of inven-tion and intellectual property in the concept of inclusive green develop-ment.In the process of leading the external dissemination of Chinese dis-course with"inclusive green development",it is important to elaborate in depth the principles and methods of constructing the external discourse sys-tem of"inclusive green development",including the theoretical kernel,doc-trinal support,practical foundation,cultural integration and global senti-ment,which is the homework that must be done in making China's discourse"go out".Only in this way can the discourse system of"inclusive green de-velopment"take up the foreign discourse mission of"speaking clearly about China".And the international community can easily and happily accept a"credible,lovely and honorable image of China".
