开关变压器式中高压异步电机软起动装置研制

Development of Switching Transformer Soft Starting Device of Medium and High Voltage Asynchronous Motor

针对中高压异步电机起动时对电力系统、机械传动装置及电机本身所产生的冲击伤害问题,在分析电机软起动基本原理的基础上,综合应用电力电子技术及微机控制技术,设计了开关变压器式中高压异步电机软起动装置,介绍了装置结构及功能,给出了装置过零信号检测、高电压下晶闸管触发、起动初期转矩脉动、电机功率因数角、重载情况下起动、电机功率较大的处理策略。实际的工业应用测试结果表明装置达到了预期的软起动目的,具有广泛的应用前景。
In view of the impact damage of the medium and high voltage asynchronous motor starting to the electric power sys?tem, the mechanical transmission device and the motor itself, and based on the analysis of the basic principle of motor soft starting, the power electronic technology and microcomputer control technology are applied to design the switch transformer medium and high voltage asynchronous motor soft?starting equipment. The structure and function of the device are introduced, and the key meth?ods of the zero cross signal detection, high voltage thyristor trigger, torque ripple in the initial stage of isolation starting, motor power?factor angle, starting under heavy loading and processing method with large motor power are proposed. The actual industrial applica?tion test results show that the equipment has the expected soft starting performance and wide application prospect.
