An organisation cannot build a good team of working professionals without good Human Resources. Over the long history, although Japan is a loser in Second World War, the economy of Japan took off in 20 years and has become one of the developed countries in the world. Under this situation. For China, it is the second largest economy but still lags behind many western countries in lots of fields. Thus, to compare human resource management models between Japanese and Chinese, I want to figure out the advantages and disadvantages of human resource management in these two countries and dig deeply to see the influence and risks of different human resource management models on expat who is going to prepare for working in a foreign country.
