水力发电厂直流系统智能设计工具开发

为提高工作效率,缩短设计周期,笔者研发了一个水力发电厂直流系统智能设计工具.该工具利用WPS Office软件自带的宏编辑器(JS环境)进行二次开发,通过统计水力发电厂的直流负荷,自动生成直流计算书、蓄电池容量、充电装置、断路器、熔断器、电缆等的选择结果,且能智能报警,智能推送推荐方案,并能自动生成直流系统设备信息表和直流系统图.结果表明,该工具可降低设计人员在水力发电厂直流系统设计上的用时,达到提高工作效率、缩短设计周期的目的.采用该工具生成的成果可直接用于水力发电厂直流系统的初步设计、招标设计和施工图设计.
Intelligent Design Tool Development for DC System of Hydropower Plant
In order to improve work efficiency and shorten the design cycle,the authors developed an intelligent design tool for DC system of hydropower plant.The tool uses the macro editor(JS environment)of WPS Office software to carry out secondary development.By counting the DC load of hydropower plants,the tool can automatically generate the selection results of DC calculation book,battery capacity,charging device,circuit breaker,fuse,cable,etc.,and can intelligently alarm,intelligently push the recommended scheme,and automatically generate the information table of DC system equipment and DC system diagram.The results show that the tool can reduce the time spent by designers in the design of DC system in hydropower plants,and achieve the purpose of improving work efficiency and shortening the design cycle.The results generated by this tool can be directly used in the preliminary design,bidding design and construction drawing design of the DC system of hydropower plants.
