泄洪建筑物作为保障抽水蓄能电站大坝安全的重要水工建筑物,其设计的合理性直接影响到整个工程的安全性和经济性.针对桂林抽水蓄能电站下水库深切的"V"形谷地形、泄洪量较大、开挖边坡较高等问题,笔者结合工程水文和地质条件,从枢纽布置、施工条件、工程投资角度对下水库泄洪建筑物布置方案进行了综合比选,最终采用左岸自由溢流竖井式泄洪洞+右岸泄洪放空洞的布置方案.该研究成果可为类似工程的泄洪建筑物设计提供参考.
Comprehensive Comparison of Flood Releasing Structures for Lower Reservoir of Guilin Pumped Storage Power Station in Guangxi
As an important hydraulic structure to ensure the safety of pumped storage power station dam,the rationality of flood releasing structure design directly affects the safety and economy of the whole project.Aiming at the deep V-shaped valley terrain,large flood discharge and high excavation slope of the lower reservoir of Guilin Pumped Storage Power Station,the authors comprehensively compare and select the layout scheme of the lower reservoir flood releasing structure from the perspective of hub layout,construction conditions and project investment in combination with the engineering hydrological and geological conditions.Finally,the layout scheme of free overflow shaft spillway tunnel on the left bank and flood discharge cavity on the right bank is adopted.The research results can provide reference for the design of flood releasing structure in similar projects.
