多若特阀门在减压模式下的故障分析与处理

岩滩水电站一期工程技术供水系统中所使用的多若特阀门在经过可调减压升级改造后,相关的减压导阀、控制电磁阀、水力继动器等模块相继出现异常和故障,导致多若特阀门频繁失控.笔者统计了多若特阀门在减压模式下出现的异常和故障,并进行原因分析,提出相应的处理措施.结果表明:故障主要表现为密封件损坏漏水、PLC程序故障、管接头裂纹渗水以及减压导阀、电磁阀、水力继动器失灵等;通过采取替换易损配件和易堵阀门、更换适合的过滤器等措施,最终消除多若特阀门在可调减压模式下失控的安全隐患.该研究成果可为类似水电站技术供水系统阀门故障处理提供借鉴.
Fault Analysis and Treatment of Dorot Valve in Pressure Reducing Mode
The Dorot valve used in the technical water supply system of the Phase I project of Yantan Hydropower Station has been upgraded with adjustable pressure reduction.The related pressure reducing pilot valve,control solenoid valve,hydraulic relay and other modules have been successively abnormal and faulty,resulting in frequent loss of control of the Dorot valve.The author counted the abnormalities and faults of the Dorot valve in the pressure reducing mode,analyzed the causes,and proposed corresponding treatment measures.The results show that the main manifestations of the faults are seal damage and water leakage,PLC program faults,pipe joint cracks and water seepage,as well as failure of pressure reducing pilot valves,solenoid valves,and hydraulic relays;By taking measures such as replacing vulnerable parts and easily clogged valves,and replacing suitable filters,the safety hazards of Dorot valves losing control in adjustable pressure reducing mode are ultimately eliminated.This research result can provide reference for valve failure treatment in water supply systems similar to hydropower station technology.
