Application of High Performance Modified Polymer Repair Mortar and One-Component Polyurea Waterproof Coating in Anti-Seepage Reinforcement of Small Reservoirs
The dam body of a small reservoir is a masonry arch dam.After years of operation,there is a large area of moisture on the back surface of the dam body,which has certain safety hazards.In order to eliminate the potential safety hazards in time and ensure the overall stability of the dam body,high performance modified polymer repair mortar and one-component polyurea waterproofing coating were designed to carry out the overall repair,reinforcement and anti-seepage treatment of the dam surface.The authors introduce in detail the performance characteristics of high performance modified polymer repair mortar and one-component polyurea waterproofing coating,as well as the construction technology and quality control points of anti-seepage reinforcement using these two materials.The results show that the combination of the two materials has achieved good results in the reservoir anti-seepage reinforcement,which not only meets the requirements of engineering application,but also simplifies the construction process and reduces the project investment.
