白鹤滩水电站10000 kN坝顶双向门机控制系统设计开发

针对白鹤滩水电站门机的主起升机构起重量大、门机大车行走电机数量多、电机布局与常规门机差异大等问题,开展 10000 kN双向门机控制系统设计开发,研究主起升机构电机的主从控制及同步性技术、一台变频器控制多台电机的技术、各分布式站点的光纤通信技术等,解决了多电机刚性连接、柔性连接的同步和出力均衡,一台变频器控制多台电机,电机电缆以及通信控制等问题,为今后大起重量启闭机的控制设计提供发展方向和思路.
Design and Development of Control System for 10000 kN Gantry Crane of Baihetan Hydropower Station
Aiming at the problems of large lifting capacity of the main lifting mechanism of the gantry crane,the large number of walking motors of the gantry crane,and the large difference between the motor layout and the conventional gantry crane of Baihetan Hydropower Station,the design and development of the 10000 kN two-way gantry crane control system is carried out.The master-slave control and synchronization technology of the main lifting mechanism motor,the technology of controlling multiple motors by a frequency converter,and the optical fiber communication technology of each distributed site are studied.The synchronization and output balance of multi-motor rigid connection and flexible connection,and the control of multiple motors by a frequency converter,motor cables and communication control are solved.This provides development direction and ideas for the control design of large lifting hoists in the future.
