针对叶茂水电站采用原调度运行方式运行中存在非汛期回蓄困难、发电效益不高、调度规则粗放、洪水可能漫过闸门顶部等问题,笔者从不同流量发电效益、实测洪水涨率、时段洪量三个方面入手,研究电站从正常蓄水位降低水位运行的时机和判别流量,分析不同峰型洪水退水段回蓄风险,提出优化后的调度运行方式.该优化调度方式既能规避电站运行风险,又能增加发电效益.
Research on Optimal Scheduling of Yemao Hydropower Station
In view of the problems existing in the operation of Yemao Hydropower Station under the original scheduling mode,such as the difficulty of impoundment in non-flood season,the low efficiency of power generation,the extensive scheduling rules,and the possibility of flood passing through the top of the gate,the authors study the timing and judging flow of the power station to reduce the water level from the normal storage level from three aspects:the power generation efficiency of different flow rates,the measured flood rise rate and the flood volume in the period,analyzes the risk of impoundment in the recession section of different peak floods,and put forward the optimized scheduling operation mode.The optimal scheduling method can not only avoid the operation risk of the power station,but also increase the power generation benefit.
