多类型地质条件大型泵站施工技术研究与应用

大别山革命老区引淮供水灌溉泵站工程具有规模大、地质条件多样、结构复杂、工期紧张、施工难度大等特点,传统泵站施工技术难以满足施工质量、安全及进度等方面的要求.结合工程特点,对基坑降排水、基坑开挖、地基处理、混凝土浇筑等方面进行研究,通过优化一系列施工程序,快速、优质、高效地完成泵站施工任务.该研究成果为灌溉工程及城市供水工程顺利投产提供了保障,为类似工程施工积累宝贵的经验.
Research and Application of Construction Technology for Large Pumping Stations under Multi-Type Geological Conditions
The water supply and irrigation pumping station project in the old revolutionary area of Dabie Mountain has the characteristics of large scale,various geological conditions,complex structure,tight construction period and difficult construction.The traditional pumping station construction technology is difficult to meet the requirements of construction quality,safety and progress.Combined with the characteristics of the project,the foundation pit drainage,excavation of foundation pit,foundation treatment,and concrete pouring are studied.By optimizing a series of construction procedures,the pumping station construction task can be completed quickly,high quality and efficiently.The research results provide a guarantee for the successful commissioning of irrigation projects and urban water supply projects,and accumulate valuable experience for similar projects.
