Research and Application of a Tension String with Stepless Regulation the Length of Overhead Lines
In order to solve the problem that the wire sag is too loose or too tight during the completion and acceptance of the collector line,an electric power fitting that can adjust the line length steplessly and a tension string relying on the fitting are studied.The authors expound the mechanical structure,stepless adjustment principle and anti-loosening design of stepless regulation fittings,analyze and compare the step difference between stepless regulation fittings and conventional adjustment methods,introduce the application of stepless regulation tension string in engineering examples,and summarize the application points,which can provide a method for the treatment of excessive sag deviation during construction.
