Optimization Analysis of AGC Function Strategy for a Hydropower Plant Based on Frequency Modulation Auxiliary Service Market
In order to improve the market competitiveness of frequency regulation auxiliary service and AGC compensation income of a hydropower plant,the authors focus on the research and analysis of AGC strategy and operation mode of the hydropower plant,discuss the problems existing in AGC operation,and put forward and implement AGC function strategy optimization measures.The results show that the AGC strategy optimization not only reduces the assessment cost caused by the substandard AGC availability rate,but also improves the market income of frequency modulation auxiliary service,so as to provide reference for peers.
