摘要

由于冷却水系统管道杂物多、安装条件不满足要求等导致热导式流量开关常误发中断信号;通过新增调压功能的多若特水力自控阀,存在偷关现象,导致机组冷却水运行存在中断的风险.针对以上情况,通过取消流量开关,加装流量计,修改判断逻辑,增加主、备用水自动切换功能等措施解决了冷却水中断信号误报及运行中断的问题,为水电站技术供水系统改造提供宝贵的借鉴经验.

Abstract

Due to the large amount of debris in the cooling water system pipeline and the installation conditions that do not meet the requirements,the thermal conductivity flow switch often mistakenly sends out the interrupt signal.Through adding Doroth hydraulic automatic control valve with pressure regulation function,there is a phenomenon of unauthorized closing,which leads to the risk of interruption in the operation of the cooling water of the unit.In view of the above situation,measures such as canceling the flow switch,installing the flowmeter,modifying the judgment logic,increasing the main and standby water automatic switching function have been taken to solve the problem of false alarm of cooling water interrupt signal and operation interruption,which provides valuable reference experience for the transformation of technical water supply system of hydropower stations.
