Investigation and Treatment on Abnormal Noise from Runner Turning of Bulb Tubular Turbine
In the process of runner replacement in Bailongtan Hydropower Station,the problem of abnormal noise occurred.In order to ensure the stable operation of the unit,the abnormal noise analysis and investigation were carried out.The author analyzes the problems existing in the operation of the unit,and expounds the analysis and investigation process and treatment of abnormal noise in detail.The results show that the abnormal noise is caused by the excessive fit clearance between the blade pin and the pin hole.Based on the field measured data,the blade pin was reconfigured and replaced,and the abnormal noise problem was successfully solved.This experience can provide some reference for the abnormal noise treatment in the turbine runner of similar units.
