摘要
水利工程征地移民信息化是数字孪生水利的重要组成部分,也是水利工程征地移民安置的关键环节.笔者从技术维度和用户维度分析水利工程征地移民信息化的发展现状及存在的问题,并结合人工智能、大数据、3D等技术的发展趋势,提出水利工程征地移民信息化高质量发展的有关建议,为移民安置工作顺利实施提供技术保障.
Abstract
The informatization of land acquisition and resettlement in water conservancy projects is an important component of digital twin water conservancy and a key link in the resettlement of land acquisition and resettlement in water conservancy projects.The authors analyze the current development status and existing problems of informationization for land acquisition and resettlement in water conservancy projects from the perspectives of technology and user,and combine the development trends of artificial intelligence,big data,3D and other technologies to propose relevant suggestions for the high-quality development of informationization for land acquisition and resettlement in water conservancy projects,providing technical support for the smooth implementation of resettlement work.
