敞开式TBM穿越超长距离断层破碎带处理措施

广西桂中治旱乐滩水库引水灌区一期工程北干渠一标段 16.07 km 隧洞采用全断面隧道硬岩掘进机(TBM)施工,需穿越超长断层破碎带.针对隧洞超长断层破碎带复杂地质条件,提出采取TBM倒退法超前注浆、Mcnally系统支护、加密钢拱架、锚喷支护以及固结灌浆等措施进行加固支护,并选取桩号B17+757.000 m断面开展二维开挖变形稳定性有限元分析,计算在未支护和支护 2 种工况下隧洞围岩和衬砌的变形和应力.结果表明:加固措施可有效控制变形和应力的发展;支护工况下围岩变形得到有效抑制,对洞周应力改善显著.采取的措施可成功地解决TBM穿越灰岩地区超长断层破碎带的难题.
Treatment Measures for Open TBM Crossing Overlength Fault Fracture Zone
The tunnel with a length of 16.07 km in the first section of the north trunk canal in the first-phase project of Letan Reservoir Irrigation Area in Guangxi is constructed using a tunnel boring machine(TBM),which needs to cross an overlength fault fracture zone.In view of the complex geological conditions of the overlength fault fracture zone of the tunnel,measures such as TBM backward method advanced grouting,Mcnally system support,encrypted steel arch frame,bolt-shotcrete support and consolidation grouting are proposed for reinforcement and support.A two-dimensional excavation deformation stability finite element analysis is carried out on the B17+757.000 m section,and the deformation and stress of the tunnel surrounding rock and lining are calculated under two working conditions of unsupported and supported.The results show that the reinforcement measures can effectively control the development of deformation and stress;Under the condition of supporting,the deformation of surrounding rock is effectively suppressed,and the stress around the tunnel is significantly improved.The measures taken can successfully solve the problem of TBM crossing the overlength fault fracture zone in limestone area.
