Construction Points and Quality Control of Long-Distance Pipeline
The unique geographical environment and climatic characteristics of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau have brought great challenges to the construction of long-distance pipelines.Based on the characteristics of the terrain and environment of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau,the author discusses the quality control requirements of long-distance pipeline construction from the aspects of material control,welding control and installation process control.The key points of pipeline construction under special geological conditions such as frozen soil and swamp are analyzed,as well as the control requirements of key links such as pipeline anti-corrosion treatment and construction safety.The specific measures to improve the construction quality of long-distance pipeline are put forward,such as strengthening the preparation before construction,strictly implementing the standard,enhancing quality and responsibility awareness,and strengthening the technical innovation and training,so as to provide guarantee for the construction quality of long-distance pipeline in Qinghai-Xizang Plateau.
