履带式运输托架在山地光伏电站项目中的应用研究

为了探讨履带式运输托架在山地光伏电站中的应用效果,笔者结合山地光伏电站的特点,分析托架结构及托架设计要素,并结合工程实例探讨履带式运输托架的应用,采用性能测试方法说明现场应用效果.结果表明:在陡峭山地和不规则地形以及潮湿和多雨的环境中,履带式托架能够有效通过,且比传统的轮式托架更稳定,具有良好的通过能力和稳定性;同时,具有更高的操作灵活性,能够有效降低工人的操作风险和劳累程度.履带式运输托架在山地光伏电站中的应用具有显著的优势,具有推广应用价值.
Application Research on Crawler Transport Bracket in Mountain Photovoltaic Power Station Projects
In order to explore the application effect of crawler transport bracket in mountain photovoltaic power station,the author analyzes the bracket structure and bracket design elements based on the characteristics of mountain photovoltaic power station,and discusses the application of crawler transport bracket with engineering examples.The performance test method is used to explain the field application effect.The results show that the crawler bracket can effectively pass through in steep mountains and irregular terrain,as well as in humid and rainy environments,and is more stable than the traditional wheeled bracket,with good passing capacity and stability.At the same time,it has higher operational flexibility and can effectively reduce the operational risk and fatigue of workers.The application of crawler transport bracket in mountain photovoltaic power station has significant advantages and has the value of popularization and application.
