探讨新能源风电工程建设施工的管理要点

摘要
针对新能源风电工程建设技术复杂且环保要求严格,笔者从技术、环境、社会三个层面分析风电工程建设难点,探讨新能源风电工程建设管理内容及施工管理要点.结果表明:合理的项目规划设计、完善的施工组织设计和严格的施工监控是确保项目建设顺利实施的关键;采用先进的施工技术和严格的安全管理措施,能够有效降低施工风险.研究成果可为新能源风电工程建设提供借鉴.
Abstract
In view of the complex construction technology and strict environmental protection requirements of new energy wind power projects,the author analyzes the difficulties of wind power project construction from three aspects of technology,environment and society,and discusses the construction management content and construction management points of new energy wind power project.The results show that reasonable project planning and design,perfect construction organization design and strict construction monitoring are the key to ensure the smooth implementation of project construction;The use of advanced construction technology and strict safety management measures can effectively reduce the construction risk.The research results can provide reference for the construction of new energy wind power projects.
