高寒地区流动性混凝土配合比设计及性能分析

高寒地区流动性混凝土配合比对混凝土结构的耐久性和安全性影响较大.笔者以甘肃玉门抽水蓄能电站为研究对象,依据DL/T 5330-2015《水工混凝土配合比设计规程》和DL/T 5150-2017《水工混凝土试验规程》,对流动性混凝土配合比设计及性能进行分析研究.结果表明:混凝土配合比应结合高寒环境的特殊要求进行优化调整;混凝土抗压强度、极限拉伸值、相对动弹性模量等均满足设计要求.研究结果可为高寒地区混凝土配合比设计研究提供参考.
Mix Design and Performance Analysis of Flowing Concrete in Alpine Regions
The mix proportion of flowing concrete in alpine region has a great influence on the durability and safety of concrete structure.Taking Yumen Pumped Storage Power Station in Gansu Province as the research object,according to DL/T 5330-2015Code for Mix Design of Hydraulic Concrete and DL/T 5150-2017Code for Hydraulic Concrete,the mix design and performance of flowing concrete are analyzed and studied.The results show that the concrete mix proportion should be optimized and adjusted in combination with the special requirements of the alpine environment;The compressive strength,ultimate tensile value and relative dynamic elastic modulus of concrete all meet the design requirements.The research results can provide reference for the concrete mix design in alpine region.
