为响应国家节能环保、绿色发展的理念,结合垣曲抽水蓄能电站的实际情况,开展砂石加工系统设计研究,通过采用分段破碎、分级筛分、整形制砂、除土筛分、洗砂相结合的生产工艺,DH高效旋流污水净化处理技术,以及全封闭生产车间并配置相应除尘、喷雾设备的除尘系统,使其周边空气质量满足环境空气质量标准的要求,达到废水零排放的目标.该砂石加工系统的设计可为类似项目提供参考.
Design of Green Aggregate Processing System for Yuanqu Pumped Storage Power Station
In response to the national concept of energy conservation,environmental protection and green development,combined with the actual situation of Yuanqu Pumped Storage Power Station,the design and research of aggregate processing system is carried out.By adopting the production process of segmented crushing,grading screening,shaping and sand making,soil removal and screening,and sand washing,DH high-efficiency cyclone sewage purification treatment technology,and the dust removal system of fully enclosed production workshop with corresponding dust removal and spray equipment,the surrounding air quality meets the requirements of ambient air quality standards,and achieves the zero discharge of wastewater.The design of the aggregate processing system can provide reference for similar projects.
