悬臂式掘进机在小断面水工隧洞施工中的应用

摘要
笔者以某抽水蓄能电站下水库导流洞施工为例,探讨EBZ260 型悬臂式掘进机在小断面水工隧洞施工中的应用,从施工安全、质量、进度、经济性等方面与传统的钻爆法施工进行对比分析.结果表明:相比于传统的钻爆法,悬臂式掘进机施工对围岩扰动较小,可有效控制超欠挖,施工质量易于控制,施工更安全,施工成本低.施工经验可为类似工程施工提供借鉴.
Abstract
Taking the construction of diversion tunnel in the lower reservoir of a pumped storage power station as an example,this paper discusses the application of EBZ260 boom roadheader in the construction of small section hydraulic tunnel,and makes a comparative analysis with the traditional drilling and blasting method from the aspects of construction safety,quality,progress and economy.The results show that compared with the traditional drilling and blasting method,the construction of boom roadheader has less disturbance to the surrounding rock,which can effectively control the overbreak and underbreak,and the construction quality is easy to control,the construction is safer and the construction cost is lower.The construction experience can provide reference for similar engineering construction.
