摘要

福建上白石水利枢纽工程坝址处河谷狭窄,洪峰流量及洪枯流量比较大,需进行导流方案比选.设计单位通过技术经济比选,推荐采用"导流隧洞+过水围堰+导流底孔"的导流方案.笔者详细介绍该工程施工导流规划与设计的主要内容,分析设计的亮点,为同类工程的施工导流设计提供参考借鉴.

Abstract

The river valley at the dam site of Shangbaishi Water Conservancy Project in Fujian is narrow,and the flood peak flow and the flood dry flow rate are relatively large,so it is necessary to compare and select the diversion scheme.Through technical and economic comparison,the design unit recommends the diversion scheme of"diversion tunnel+overflow cofferdam+diversion bottom hole".The author introduces in detail the main contents of the construction diversion planning and design of the project,analyzes the highlights of the design,which provides reference for the construction diversion design of similar projects.
