摘要

笔者根据深厚新近填土地基特性和地形地貌特征,结合桩承载类型、负摩阻力系数、中性点取值和承载力验算,按摩擦型桩和摩擦-端承型桩两类进行桩基设计,并详述采用先进数字化检测技术控制超长灌注桩施工过程,避免传统方法带来的不确定性.通过单桩抗压静载试验与桩身完整性检测,8 根不同桩长的单桩抗压极限承载力均达到 9000 kN且成桩质量良好,说明设计方法与施工数字化检测控制技术是成功的,可为类似桩基设计与施工提供借鉴.

Abstract

According to the characteristics of thick recent fill foundation and topography,combined with pile bearing type,negative friction coefficient,neutral point value and bearing capacity checking,the pile foundation design is carried out according to two types of friction pile and friction-end bearing pile,and the advanced digital detection technology is used to control the construction process of super long bored pile,so as to avoid the uncertainty caused by traditional methods.Through the static load test of single pile and the integrity test of pile body,the ultimate compressive bearing capacity of eight single piles with different pile lengths reached 9 000 kN and the pile quality was good.It shows that the design method and construction digital detection and control technology are successful,which can provide reference for similar pile foundation design and construction.
