In view of the problem of the axis exceeding the standard for Unit 4 in Yantan Hydropower Station,the author analyzes the causes of the problem in combination with the characteristics of the axis structure,puts forward the treatment method and process of the axis exceeding the standard,and expounds the implementation of the axis adjustment.The results show that the swing of the unit after treatment meets the requirements of the standard allowable value,which eliminates the major hidden danger of the axis exceeding the standard for Unit 4 in Yantan Hydropower Station,and can provide reference for the subsequent handling of similar problems in the unit.
