Current Situation and Improvement Suggestions for Operation and Maintenance Management in Wind Farm
The authors mainly focus on the operation and maintenance management of wind farms.By analyzing the current situation and existing problems in technology,personnel,management and external environment,a series of targeted improvement suggestions covering technological innovation,personnel training and management optimization,management system improvement and response to external environmental changes are proposed.It is hoped that it can provide some assistance in improving the operation and management level of wind farms,enhancing operational efficiency and reliability,reducing operation and maintenance costs,and promoting sustainable development of wind farms.
