Expenses of Taxation Analysis on Land Acquisition and Resettlement Planning for Construction of Pumped Storage Power Stations in Guangxi
The expenses of taxation related to resettlement account for a relatively high proportion in the compensation for resettlement of pumped storage power stations,which has a great impact on the construction of power stations.Based on the work practice in recent years,the author combs out the basic concepts,policies and regulations,scope of application and payment standards for expenses of taxation related to resettlement planning of Guangxi pumped storage power stations,compiles the guiding price table of cultivated land index transaction,and puts forward suggestions for improvement of existing problems,which can provide reference for the subsequent calculation of expenses of taxation related to pumped storage power stations.
