贵港抽水蓄能电站下水库泄洪建筑物设计

抽水蓄能电站泄洪建筑物有自身的特点,通常采用"表孔+底孔"的布置形式.对一般径流量不大的下水库,表孔采用自由溢流的建筑物更有利于运行管理.底孔由于使用频率较高,设置闸阀控制是十分必要的.笔者结合贵港抽水蓄能电站下水库地形地质条件,对泄洪建筑物布置方案进行比选,阐述泄洪建筑物结构设计,并通过水工模型试验进行验证.结果表明,采用竖井式泄洪洞并结合导流洞、放水管进行布置是合适的;结构体型设计基本合理,水力条件及消能效果较好.研究成果可为同类型电站泄洪建筑物设计提供参考.
Design on Flood Releasing Structures for Lower Reservoir of Guigang Pumped Storage Power Station
The flood releasing structures of pumped storage power stations have their own characteristics and are usually arranged in a form of"surface hole+bottom hole".For the lower reservoir with small runoff,the building with free overflow in the surface hole is more conducive to operation and management.Due to the high frequency of use of the bottom hole,it is necessary to set the gate valve control.Based on the topographic and geological conditions of the lower reservoir of Guigang Pumped Storage Power Station,the layout schemes of flood releasing structures are compared and selected,and the structural design of flood releasing structure is expounded and verified by hydraulic model test.The results show that it is appropriate to use shaft flood discharging tunnel combined with diversion tunnel and discharge pipe;The structure design is basically reasonable,and the hydraulic conditions and energy dissipation effect are good.The research results can provide reference for the design of flood releasing structures of the same type of power stations.
