Localization Operation Strategy of Overseas Project Contracting Enterprises
Localization operation is a common practice of international engineering contractors in developed countries,but the localization operation of many overseas project contracting enterprises in China is still at a low level.Therefore,by analyzing the necessity of localization operation of overseas project contracting enterprises in China,the author points out the shortcomings of current localization operation,and puts forward the implementation strategies of localization from the aspects of management system,technical standards,human resources,supply chain,management,corporate culture and social responsibility,so as to provide reference for the localization work of overseas project contracting enterprises in China.
