冲击式水轮机常见故障分析及设计制造优化建议

根据我国水电资源特点,大型冲击式水电站将是未来水电开发的重要方向,目前在设计制造和生产运行方面还存在众多难题需要攻关。笔者通过总结国内已投产冲击式水轮机发生的常见故障,如水轮机振动、过流部件空蚀、过流部件磨蚀、过流部件裂纹、喷针机构故障、进水球阀故障等,分析故障原因,并提出设计制造优化建议,可为类似电站的设计、运行和维护提供借鉴。
Common Fault Analysis and Optimization Suggestions for Design and Manufacturing of Impulse Turbine
According to the characteristics of hydropower resources in China,large-scale impulse hydropower stations will be an important direction for future hydropower development.At present,there are still many problems in design,manufacture and production operation.The authors summarize the common faults that have occurred in domestically produced impulse turbines,such as turbine vibration,cavitation and erosion of flow passing components,cracking of flow passing components,needle mechanism failure,intake ball valve failure,etc.The causes of the faults are analyzed,and the optimization suggestions of design and manufacturing are put forward,which can provide reference for the design,operation and maintenance of similar power stations.
