Control Transformation of Maintenance Drainage Pump in Yantan Hydropower Station
Because the maintenance and drainage system of Yantan Hydropower Station has the problems of low protection level of the cabinet and easy condensation,no double and unfixed installation of the water level signal,easy leakage of the water pump valve affected by the water hammer,no evacuation protection of the starting circuit,and cumbersome adjustment of the setting value,it needs to be reformed.The authors analyze the reasons for the transformation of the system,introduce the specific situation of the implementation of the system transformation in detail,and put forward the problems and solutions in the transformation.The existing problems are solved by optimizing the configuration of the cabinet,optimizing the installation of the liquid level gauge,adding the vacuum protection circuit,and simplifying the operation method.It has been proved by practice that the transformation has achieved good results.The operation is flexible and simple,and the protection is perfect and reliable.It provides a strong guarantee for the maintenance of the unit,lays a solid foundation for the safe operation of the equipment,and also provides reference for the power station with similar maintenance and drainage pump control transformation requirements.
