The Therapeutic Effect of Wenxin Granules Combined with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets on Acute Myocardial Infarction with Heart Failure and Its Impact on Cardiac Function
Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Wenxin Granules combined with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)complicated by heart failure(HF),and the effectiveness of this treatment.Effects on cardiac function.Methods In this study,84 patients with AMI and HF admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the research group,each with 42 patients.The treatment plan of the control group was to use sacubitril-valsartan sodium tablets,while the research group added Wenxin Granules based on the treatment plan of the control group.The efficacy of these two treatment methods was evaluated by comparing the treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 95.24％,which was higher than the 80.95％of the control group(P＜0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,cardiac function indicators in both groups improved.The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular ejection fraction(EF)of the study group were higher than those of the control group,while the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDd)and left atrial diameter(LA)were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,inflammatory markers also improved in both groups.The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combined use of Wenxin Granules and Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets can improve the cardiac function and inflammation level in patients with acute myocardial infarction and heart failure,improve the therapeutic effect,and is highly safe and worthy of promotion.
