Clinical Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of Ultrasound Intervention in Bacterial Liver Abscess
Objective To study the effect and safety of bacterial liver abscess. Methods Select 100 patients with bacterial liver abscess from January 2019-January 2022,the patients were divided into 2 groups, experimental group and control group, each group of 50 people, ultrasonic interventional therapy, control group for conventional treatment, analyze the effectiveness of patient treatment and improved symptoms, and use VAS to evaluate pain, and the quality of life before and after treatment.Results(1)The treatment response rate of the experimental group of patients was 98.00%,and 80.00%,respectively(P<0.05).(2)The symptom relief of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the hospital stay was also shorter than that of the control group.(3)The adverse reactions of the patients in the experimental group were less than those of the control group, and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).(4)The pain situation in the experimental group was also better than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).(5)In terms of quality of life, the quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ultrasound interventional treatment, clearer vision, better treatment effect, can effectively extract pus, without harming the liver and peripheral blood vessels and organs. In patients with bacterial liver abscess, the use of ultrasound interventional therapy is very effective, which can effectively improve adverse symptoms, reduce adverse reactions, and shorten the time of hospitalization, improve various indicators, improve the quality of life,so it is worth promoting.
