Evaluation of the Efficacy of Transvaginal Ultrasound in the Differential Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy of Different Tubal Segments
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of transvaginal ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in different segments of the fallopian tube. Methods From January 2021 to October 2022,100 cases of tubal ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects.Transvaginal ultrasound was used to diagnose different levels of tubal ectopic pregnancy, and its efficacy in the differential diagnosis of different levels of tubal ectopic pregnancy was analyzed. Results In 100 cases of ectopic tubal pregnancy,95 cases were confirmed by transvaginal ultrasonography, the diagnostic accuracy was 95%,including 94 cases of accessory mass detection, the detection rate was 94%,95 cases of mass blood detection, the detection rate was 95%,93 cases of pelvic effusion detection, the detection rate was 93%.Among the 95 patients diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound, there were 70 cases of ampullae pregnancy, accounting for 73.68%,with an accuracy of 93.33%(70/75),8 cases of interstitial pregnancy, accounting for 5.26%,with an accuracy of 75.00%(6/8),and 6 cases of isthmic pregnancy, accounting for 6.32%,with an accuracy of 42.85%(6/14).There were 11 cases of parasol gestation, accounting for 11.58%,and the accuracy rate was 45.45%(5/11).The AUC of ampulla was 0.817,interstitial 0.701,isthmus 0.624,and parasol 0.630.Conclusions Transvaginal ultrasound has diagnostic value for ectopic pregnancy of different segments of fallopian tube, and the diagnosis accuracy of ampulla and interstitial region is the highest, followed by paratropha and isthmus region. It can be used for the differential diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy of different segments of fallopian tube.
