目的 分析CES联合氟哌啶醇治疗TD患儿中的应用效果。方法 收集本院2022年6月至2023年12月门诊收治TD患儿82例,依据治疗方案分为对照组(氟哌啶醇治疗)40例、观察组(CES联合氟哌啶醇治疗)42例。比较两组临床疗效、抽动症状以及安全性。结果 治疗后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0。05)。治疗后,观察组YGTSS评分低于对照组(P<0。05)。观察组不良反应总发生率与对照组,统计学无明显差异(P>0。05)。结论 经CES联合氟哌啶醇治疗TD患儿中有效改善患儿抽动症状,可提升临床疗效,且安全性高。
Clinical Efficacy of Transcranial Microcurrent Stimulation Combined with Haloperidol in the Treatment of Children with Multiple Tic Disorders
Objective To analyse the effectiveness of CES in combination with haloperidol in the treatment of children with TD.Methods Eighty-two cases of children with TD admitted to the outpatient clinic of our hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were collected and divided into 40 cases in the control group(haloperidol treatment)and 42 cases in the observation group(CES combined with haloperidol treatment)according to the treatment plan.Comparison of clinical efficacy,tic symptoms,and safety between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the YGTSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Effective improvement of tic symptoms in children with TD treated with haloperidol via CES can enhance clinical efficacy and safety.
