Effects of Hierarchical Nursing Based on BISAP-HDL Early Warning Model on Disease Control and Psychological Stress in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis
Objective To evaluate the effects of hierarchical nursing based on BISAP-HDL early warning model on disease control and psychological stress in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods According to random number table method,68 patients with AP admitted to the hospital were divided into control group(n=34)and experimental group(n=34)between February 2019 and April 2024.The control group was given routine nursing, while experimental group was additionally given hierarchical nursing based on BISAP-HDL early warning model. The disease control(disappearance time of abdominal pain, length of hospital stay),psychological stress[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The disappearance time of abdominal pain and length of hospital stay in experimental group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group after intervention, scores of SDS and SAS,and total incidence of complications were lower in experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical nursing based on BISAP-HDL early warning model can effectively control disease severity, relieve psychological stress response and reduce the incidence of complications in AP patients.
