Study on Status Quo and Influencing Factors of Surgical Fear in Patients with Endometrial Cancer
Objective To understand the status quo of surgical fear in patients with endometrial cancer(EC)and to explore its influencing factors.Methods 80 patients with EC who received surgical treatment in the hospital were selected from April 2022 to April 2024 by convenience sampling.Surgical fear questionnaire(SFQ)was used to investigate the surgical fear,and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results The SFQ score of 80 EC patients was(39.25±12.25)points.The SFQ score was obviously risen in patients with education level of junior high school or below,disease typeⅡ,lymph node metastasis,severe anxiety and depression(P<0.05).Education level of junior high school or below,disease type Ⅱ,lymph node metastasis,severe anxiety and depression were risk factors for surgical fear in EC patients(P<0.05).Conclusion EC patients generally have surgical fear.Education level of junior high school or below,disease type Ⅱ,lymph node metastasis,and severe anxiety and depression are important factors leading to surgical fear.
