Effect of Continuous Nursing Based on Exercise Training on Hip Function and Quality of Life in Patients Undergoing Femoral Head Necrosis Surgery
Objective To investigate the impact of continuing nursing based on exercise training on hip function and quality of life in patients having femoral head necrosis surgery. Methods The clinical data of 81 patients who underwent femoral head necrosis surgery at our hospital between May 2022 and July 2024 were gathered and analyzed. They were separated into two groups based on various nursing practices. The control group consisted of 40 patients receiving basic care, whereas the observation group consisted of 41 patients receiving continuous care through exercise training.Hip function, quality of life, and satisfaction levels were compared in the two groups. Results Before the intervention, the two groups had similar hip function scores(P>0.05).Following intervention, both groups'scores increased(P<0.001),with the observation group outperforming the control group(t=3.686,P<0.001).Prior to intervention, there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Following intervention, both groups'scores increased(P<0.001),with the observation group outperforming the control group(t=3.634,P<0.001).The observation group had a significantly(t=3.143,P=0.002)better satisfaction score(90.14±4.58)compared to the control group(86.75±5.12).Conclusion Continuous nursing based on exercise training can improve the hip function and quality of life of patients undergoing femoral head necrosis surgery, and the patient satisfaction is higher.
