Research on Agricultural Development in Hengshui Lake Wetland Reserve
Hengshui Lake is the only national-level nature reserve in the North China Plain that maintains a complete wetland ecosystem.Its ecological balance plays an important role in regional climate regulation and biodiversity maintenance.However,at present,the agricultural development of Hengshui Lake Wetland reserve is faced with some problems,such as the long-standing non-point source pollution,lack of impetus for transformation and upgrading,and deficiencies in agricultural legal system construction.Therefore,the agricultural reform of the Hengshui Lake wetland reserve should start from three aspects:changing the traditional agricultural production mode,introducing the PPP model to accelerate agricultural transformation,and improving agricultural legal system construction,vigorously developing green and low-carbon agriculture to achieve sustainable development of the Hengshui Lake wetland reserve.
