A Study on Prevention and Control of Postural Abnormalities in Children and Adolescents under the Integration of Physical Education and Medicine——Taking Hengshui City as an Example
To explore the prevention and management paths for postural abnormalities in children and adolescents within the integrated context of physical education and medicine,this study utilized survey questionnaires,mathematical statistics,and other research methods to analyze the current status of poor posture among children and adolescents in Hengshui City.The research found that the prevention and control of postural abnormalities in children and adolescents face practical challenges,such as a lack of content in postural health education,incomplete screening projects for postural abnormalities,a deficiency in health management entities'postural health literacy,and insufficient physical activity among children and adolescents.Therefore,it is necessary to deepen the training mechanisms for talents in the integration of physical education and medicine,enhance the popularization of postural health knowledge for children and adolescents,improve the health evaluation and detection projects for postures,and establish a digital service platform for postural management integrated with physical education and medicine,to ensure healthy development of postural health in children and adolescents.
