"Legitimate Peripheral Participation":A New Path Learning for Trainee Teachers
How trainee teachers can achieve optimal learning outcomes in internship practice is of great significance for their professional development,and is also a highly concerned research topic in pre-job cultivation.Based on the theory of Legitimate Marginal Participation in anthropology,this paper analyzes the dilemmas and problems faced by trainee teachers in the process of internship in terms of practical teaching,class management,and adaptation to the school social system,and proposes a new learning path for trainee teachers.Trainee teachers should change the concept of marginal participation and actively participate in action,and schools can establish internship practice communities to help trainee teachers overcome learning difficulties and improve learning effectiveness.
